Domenic Aversa, LLB
Domenic Aversa has actively assisted companies in dramatic transition for more than 18 years. His experience with restructurings ranges from crisis management to assisting companies in making the transition from a command to a market economy in Russia and China. Domenic has served as an educational speaker and a managerial advisor on international business development and insolvency issues for business and academic institutions. Audiences have included the Harvard Business School and the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He has worked nationally and internationally in the middle market, having his work featured in numerous publications, including BusinessWeek and Forbes. He was named to Turnarounds and Workouts, 2009 list of “People To Watch”. In 1999, he was invited by the Economic Development Ministers of Shanghai and Jiangxi provinces in China, to serve as an operational and financial advisor for several State Owned Enterprises.
He is a member of both the Canadian and Ohio Bar associations. As a former owner of a semi-professional soccer team, he is a former Director of the Canadian National Soccer League.

Brent Baum is an internationally recognized instructor, trauma resolution specialist, and psychotherapist. Brent's development of Holographic Memory Resolution® (HMR), founded on the principles of Quantum Physics, has led to his involvement internationally in crisis intervention. Completing post-graduate training at the Gregorian University in Rome, Brent served as a Catholic priest, a faculty member of Notre Dame seminary, an archeologist in the Near East, clinical director for Cottonwood Treatment Centers, Inc., and is a certified addictions counselor and a clinical hypnotherapist. Brent maintains a private practice in Tucson, Arizona. His book, The Healing Dimensions, chronicles his discovery of the principles of HMR and trauma survivors whose experiences paved the way for these revolutionary breakthroughs. He is the co-founder of Michael’s Gift and the developer of Memory Mapping software used to demonstrate the innate wisdom of the body-mind. He travels throughout the world providing workshops, training and lectures on new and innovative strategies for resolving the trauma.

A Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Wailua was the first Registered Nurse to be certified as a practitioner of Holographic Memory Resolution (2005). He has served on the Boards of Directors of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), the Hawaii Association of Professional Nurses and the APNA Hawaii Chapter, both of which he co-founded and served as President. He is on Advisory Committees of the Hawaii Board of Nursing, The Hawaii State Center for Nursing and the CVS Minute Clinics. He is currently a Board Member of the Yale University School of Nursing Alumni Association.
Wailua is a transpersonal psychiatric/mental health clinician, consultant and mentor. He has published peer-reviewed articles, a chapter on alternative/complementary therapies for an advance practice nursing text, and is the author of Misery or Happiness: It’s ALL About ENERGY, a self-help manual for the management of personal energy. He is featured in Profiles of Nurse Healers by Keegan and Dossey and in Nursing Illuminations: A Book of Days by Van Betten and Moriarity. He introduced HMR to the nursing community in presentations to the APNA and twice to the AANP, the latest event co-presented with Brent Baum.
Dr. Mary Gaddy, MD
Mary Gaddy is a Neurologist and a Certified HMR Practitioner. She has been an avid supporter and educator on HMR and works in the Billings Clinic in Billings, Montana. She is a Board Certified Neurologist since 2001. Her areas of interest include: adult neurology, electroencephalography, electromyography, epilepsy, neuromuscular disease, and related disorders. She joined the Billings Clinic in 1988 and has been practicing there for 28 years. She attended the University of Missouri for Medical School, did her residency at Georgetown, her internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She received a fellowship to Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. Her professional activities include: Adjunct Professor, University of Washington Department of Medicine; Certified American Society of Addiction Medicine; Medical Director, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Billings, Montana.
Judy Lefevour
Judy is a masters level LCPC, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She came to Brent personally with a family trauma and was so taken with HMR that she got the training and was certified shortly after. She uses it extensively in her private practice. Judy has an extensive background hospital experiences, working with people with addictions, eating disorders and trauma. Because HMR worked so beautifully in treatment, she has gotten involved in HMR research and education. Judy's adaptations and innovations with HMR for people with eating disorders and more have been extremely helpful for improving the quality of delivery of HMR.

Karen Lewis' titles during her career have included Certified Public Accountant; Assistant Controller, Information Service Manager, and Director of Human Resources at a public oil and gas company; and Senior Vice President and Internal Auditor at a community bank. She is currently honored to be a Certified Holographic Memory Resolution Practitioner and Executive Director of Michael's Gift. Karen has written a play with HMR in the core script, demonstrating how it changed her life.
Jeanette Savage
Jeanette Savage currently works as an Information Technology Administrator for a public oil and gas company. During her career she has worked in the fields of information technology, accounting, and newspaper production. Her work with HMR over the last 20 years has included development and support of the Healing Dimensions website and HMR Memory Mapping software as well as serving as an HMR training supervisor.
Dr. Lawrence Steinberg, MD
Lawrence Steinberg is a native of Chicago. He graduated from Northwestern University Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Biomedical Medical Engineering and a minor in Economics. He then studied medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed his residency in Anesthesiology. Since becoming an attending anesthesiologist in 2010, Lawrence has cultivated an interest in how laboring women with trauma experience pain during childbirth with and without an epidural. He is also interested in how the autonomic nervous system, brainstem and limbic system contribute to pain perioperatively as well as in chronic pain patients and how alternative psychotherapies, like HMR, are able to modulate these parts of the brain and nervous system to bring relief from pain and other symptoms.
