The Use of Holographic Memory Resolution® to Improve the Physical and Biopsychosocial Symptoms of Chronic Pain: A Feasibility, Mixed Methods Study
Published in Psychiatric Research and Clinical Practice, Volume 6, Issue 1, Spring 2024
Holographic Memory Resolution® (HMR®), a mind‐based therapy, has been used for decades as a nonpharmacologic intervention for trauma imprinting to alleviate depression, anxiety, pain, and post‐traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). No clinical studies were found examining the use of HMR®. This study examined the feasibility and preliminary efficacy of administering HMR® to individuals experiencing chronic pain and related bio-psychosocial symptoms. Study concluded that HMR® may be a feasible intervention to address chronic pain and accompanying biopsychosocial symptoms; a randomized controlled trial is the next step to measure efficacy. Unlike other mind‐based therapies, HMR® participants use their own internal language for identification and resolution of the pain. The trauma imprinting can then be gently addressed, and the memory‐ based components of pain resolved or reduced, which empowers participants to improve their well‐being....
The Color Key: Impact of Color Intervention for Reducing Pain, Stress, and Trauma
Published in "The Energy Field" Fall 2025 issue of ACEP
Utilizing breathwork, creative visualization, and color, we now have the capacity to update our holographic awareness from moments of trauma and overwhelm and to demonstrate our innate capacity to, not alter our perception of linear time, but to dissolve the holographic metaphors or containers of consciousness created through trauma which, though protective in nature, leave us trapped in the 95% believing that we are still experiencing these traumatic or overwhelming events. When freed of the emotional constraints of the past from trauma, we can be truly mindful and more fully present. If the holographic fragment of the corrected image contains the whole, we have the capacity use our unique biogenetic, holographic key to transmit proof of safety to the bodymind. I later came to recognize color as our most readily available primary, natural clean language resource that is spontaneously generated by our innate holographic projection system to address these breaches in the flow of consciousness from trauma. The goal in trauma resolution, therefore, is not to change historical memory, but to release the affective attachments which activate the fight, flight, freeze response and maintain and resurrect the physiologies of the past when triggered.
